Baljinder - Director
Baljinder is an experienced social worker and manager, with over 17 years' experience working within local authorities and as an independent assessor, specialising in child protection. Baljinder has a BA (Hons) in Social Work.Baljinder is the Registered Individual for SWAN Fostering, responsible for the overall financial management, business management, policies and procedures and development of the Agency.
Louise - Office Manager
Louise has over 11 years' experience in Public Relations; Marketing and Communications; Website Design and Management; and Office Management. Louise has been with SWAN Fostering since March 2010.
Louise is responsible for Quality Assurance; Marketing and Communications; Health and Safety; IT Systems Management and HR Management.
Marianna - Book Keeper
Marianna has over 11 years' experience in Finance, working in the private sector.
Marianna has been with SWAN Fostering since January 2010.
Marianna is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of SWAN Fostering.
Carly - Senior Supervising Social Worker
Carly has over 16 years' experience working within children's residential settings. Carly holds two Diplomas - in Social Work and Applied Social Studies.
Carly has been with SWAN Fostering since October 2008.
Carly is responsible for the supervision of foster carers.
Kemi - Supervising Social Worker
Kemi is a newly qualified social worker, with five years experience of working with families and children in charity and voluntary organisations. Kemi has a master degree in social work, and a BA (Hons) in Religious Studies.
Kemi has been with the Agency since March 2011.
Kemi is responsible for supervision of foster carers, and assessing new foster carers.
Amanda - Supervising Social Worker
Amanda is an experienced social worker, with over 25 years' experience working with children with disabilities; working with adolescents within residential settings; working within a fostering team and within a safeguarding children’s team.
Amanda has been with SWAN Fostering since May 2011, and is responsible for supervising foster carers, and undertaking Form F assessments.
Magda - Placements Officer
Magda is the Placements Officer for SWAN Fostering. Magda is responsible for co-ordinating all placements between children and foster carers, and for processing all new foster carer applicants.
Magda is a qualified English as a Second Language Teacher, and has administration experience through working for the local authority and the private sector.
Magda has been with SWAN Fostering since February 2011.
