SWAN Independent Living provides a service for young people between the ages of 16-18 years, who require accommodation in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
 
The young people vary from care leavers to asylum seekers, or to those “hidden” in insecure temporary accommodation or with friends. They will be individuals who require anything from accommodation, to the practical and emotional support necessary to prepare them for independent living. 

 

SWAN Independent Living will provide equal opportunities to staff and service users.
