Built on the success of SWAN Fostering, SWAN Independent Living provides a vital service for young people in Hertfordshire: Semi-Independent Living.

SWAN Independent Living believes that every young person should be equipped with skills and responsibilities to prepare them for adulthood. SWAN Independent Living provides service users - young people - with a flexible support programme, tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of the young person.

Our Aim: to equip young people with the right skills and responsibilities so they can realise their full potential, in whatever they choose to do.
