14 July 2010 – SWAN Fostering Ltd, an independent fostering agency in Hertfordshire, held its annual fun day on Saturday 10 July 2010. SWAN Fostering hosts the fun day every summer for their foster carers, foster carers own children, and the children and young people currently placed with them.
